Note: since I had restrictions in my time I did not research really deep the market, competitors and their strategy, numbers of potential clients, potential amount of money and some other things that should be included in the real strategy doc, but I would like to highlight this moment anyway.

First of all, I would like to define problems we have in existing products. My main idea is that we can make additional value for our existing users if we solve the problems they have. After analysing customers' feedback and problems that were validated before I may propose next things we should focus on.

One of the main questions is “how to measure those improvements”. To be honest I have no certain answer, but I may make assumption. CSAT is called a vanity metric. I would look for something that aligns with our values much better. Ideally, start to use “North Star Metric” approach for building metric hierarchy.

Also, it would be nice to define typical job stories if it’s not defined.

Potential points of growth

Web 3.0

Web 3.0 based on encrypting and decentralisation data sources is one of the potential points of growth because of its nature. A short research didn’t allow me to find any ready-made solutions, but I’m sure there should be new technologies and approaches for encrypting data which we may implement for the files work process.
